We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 7 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at email@example.com with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
ATTIITUDE.COM ships internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

ATTIITUDE.COM will be closed during holidays in 2017. No orders will ship these days because the shipping services don’t show up at our doorstep, but you can still order through the website as usual. All Orders received during holidays will be processed to ship the next business day

You may return for an exchange within 7 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached. The purchased item must be in the original packaging. The purchased item should have the receipt or proof of purchase.Refund
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sale able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- Refund for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Attiitude team.
- Damages due to neglect, or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- In case of ‘Cash on Delivery’, you can opt for store credit, it can be used for purchasing other items from the site. Or share bank detail for the refund.
- Note, the amount returned may be after adjusting the bank transfer charges and conversion charges.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the purchased goods. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
